[B]This is kinda odd, i need help![B]

Last night my downpipe and midpipe came in the mail, so i installed the new downpipe with a new O2 sensor, but i left the stock Cat (midpipe) in for now. Also when i was under the car, i noticed that the mechanical actuator for the 2nd turbo to spool, was disconnected. That would probably explain my no 2nd turbo spool up! BUT, heres the wierd part. After i fixed that problem, i drove home from work about 3 miles, and when i opened the hood at home, the down pipe was GLOWING RED HOT!! i got on it a little on the way (55-65 mph) home but nothing serious. I dont think that the pipe should get that hot.
Also i noticed that the turbo doesnt "spool", it kinda screams, like a loud whine.

PLEASE HELP!!

Put that midpipe in the cat is probably severly clogged.

you will need a boost controller with the midpipe or else you'll build too much boost and blow your motr.

IF you get boost creep because of the midpipe, the boost controller cant lower the boost. you have to port the wastegate.
