Keys don't work in doors

Heres a weird one. So neither of my keys will unlock my doors or unlock the hatch. They go in, but will not turn. However, both of these keys will start the car. What are my options here? To my knowledge, none of the lock cylinders have ever been changed.

Try some lube. if that doesn't help, its very easy to pull the lock cylinders and have a key cut by the code on them.

The passenger side door lock cylinder has the 6 digit code that can be used to cut a new key. It could be that the keys that work on the ignition have worn in with the ignition and not the door locks (locks never really get used). Or it could be that the plastic flapper on the door locks has fallen in and jamming the cylinder.

Thanks man. Took the passenger lock cylinder out and got the key code. Had some new keys cut and viola! The factory alarm even works now. Who knew!
