Is the keyhole on the passenger door also suppose to light up or does only the divers side?

Only the driver side. There are no wiring available for a light on the passenger side. You could always patch into existing 12v and ground for the power and install a light, but it really isn't worth the time.

The light is ridiculously easy to fix....took me about 5 minutes once I got the right bulb from Rat Shack.
I am one of those **** guys that insists on having everything work........

My original one still works fine. However, I did just replace the plastic cover after it inevitably broke and almost changed the light while I was in there. Still, just the light isn't too hard to fix, a bit easier than the plastic cover.

The wiring must be available. Otherwise RHD cars wouldn't have a light.

The DOOR keyhole light was OPTIONAL and is rather rare. - may be a US only option - Hence no wiring for the rh door.

While we're on the topic of options, did any of these cars have tilt steering?

No tilt or adjustment of any kind for any FD steering wheels.
Some FCs have wheel height adjustment of abt 2" but not TILT in the american luxury car sense of the term.
