Unhappy just wondering

Hello everyone, I'm new to this whole RX7 stuff and I was wondering if you guys can help me get up to speed. I have a 92 rx7 FD R-type that's Jap spec. Can I order aftermarket parts from the States? I'm currently stationed in England. I just don't know if U.S. spec parts would fit on a Jap spec car. It's way cheaper to order from the States than buying it here or trying to order it from Japan. Is there anything different in the engine bay in a US spec car vs Jap spec. Everybody's help is greatly appreciated

The only thing that might have minor fitment problems are downpipes (because of the Jspec's steering column) and some engine torque braces.Other than that, mostly everything should work.
