Just wanted to say thanks

This is a big thanks to everyone who helped me with parts, questions, and various other help to get my car to the point where it is now.

Well its almost done, it runs and drives. Need 1000 miles of break in for the motor, and other parts before I can tune it for some power. Its been 10 months since I last drove the car, almost 11 in fact. In that time, ive done some serious modifications which you can see and some which you cant. Here is the list of what I did

large streetported motor with all new internals, upgraded seals, and built for power.

twin t04e ball bearing turbos, with custom machined t3 hotsides with a huge 38mm internal wastegate per turbo.

custom twin manifold with fully equal length runners, temp coated to 2200 degrees

Custom stainless turbo to intercooler y-pipe

Custom true dual exhaust running (1) 2.5" exhaust per turbo, wastegates also plumbed back into the piping,. no cats into a dual inlet, dual oulet magnaflow muffler and out to two black stock looking tips

Twin in tank walbro fuel pumps running one -6 fuel line per pump to individual rails now running 850cc primary and 1680cc injectors, then route into an aeromotive Fuel Pressure regulator and back to (2) -6 return lines

Spec stage V clutch with upgraded clutch lines, and pressure resurfaced the flywheel

New TII rear differential

Redid the interior black and tweed, almost done........

Now for the pictures (Sorry if they are fuzzy, camera has had it)

sweet look on the red/black combo. I like the tweeter location in the door panel - did it require any cutting of the metal on the door frame? The shop I used several years ago made the stupid mistake of positioning them farther back and they don't look as clean as yours.

no dyno until the motor has been broken in, no cutting of the door required, and id consider a lotus, haha.

I was debating a very similar set-up but I am very concerned about the plumbing. Did you post pictures of the engine bay? Some of the links must be dead.

Congrats

Anyone else do a custom true dual exhaust on their FD ? , I to am going with a pair of GT turbos and I'm thinking of going with a true dual , 2.5" or 2.75" exhaust system.
