IIRC, the blank on US models is for some type of headlight washer that was available or mandated on Canadian models?

Sun-roof switch is right above the rear view mirror.

Left switch is fog-lights, far right switch is rear defroster.

Mine doesn't have the middle switch though, either.

If you don't have them then the openings have a switch "blank" installed. The sunroof switch is located in the overhead lamp in between the two lamps. The fog lampa switch is behind the shifter on the left, the dfroster switch is on the right and the center one is blank (unless you have a Conadian model) the window switchs are on the drivers door for both windows with a child safety switch, and the mirror controls are also located on the drivers door.
PS. since your steering wheel is on the wrong side the switchs in the console (behind the shifter may be reveresed as well. Unless your icons are rubbed to the point of being unlegable then you should be able to distinguish the blanks from a lamp and defrost symbol.
