Just purchased a CSF racing radiator, No warranty??

I just purchased a new CSF aluminum racing radiator. The counter sales guy told me that due to the fact the radiator is a racing radiator they can give no warranty. I thought this to be very odd, but I have never bought an alumium radiator before. Any thoughts on this and has any one ran a CSF?

Almost no high-performance aftermarker parts come with warranties. Because they're often used in extreme conditions, and pushed to their limits the manufacturers don't bother to offer a warranty.

Good point and that makes sense. If anyone happens to be in the market for a reasonably priced aluminum radiator I picked this one up locally for $295 and have seen them on line for $285. I will be running this one in early January with bolt on mods with a fresh engine and stock seq. turbo set up. I will have some user results then. The mechanic working on my 7 said that he had heard good things about this particular brand and that mounting should be really easy (hint a match of tanks with a wider core) there should be no modifications neccessary. Cross my fingers.

i havent tried their aluminum radiator, but it looks fine except seems to be stock dimensions. DO NOT get their condensor if you live in extreme heat though. it is similar to a 2 row design, so it completely blocks out the radiator. i have one on my car still and it is less than effecient in tempatures over 100. i have a new OEM condensor already but lazy to put it on.
