hey,

You should probably start out with the FAQ.

There seems to have been a slight problem with the RX-7 Owners Club database.
Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Yeah just keep trying the server. Sometimes they get can get bogged down a little and spit back a error message because of timeouts to the database.

I'm not a admin to this site or anything. I just have some experience with this stuff.

Idle on a stock car is 850rpm. Your car shouldn't die with the AC on. How much boost you can run depends on a lot of things.

You need to start by compression testing the motor. Once you're sure you have decent compression (and the motor isn't dying), do the reliability mods. Once you've done those, THEN you can start looking at getting faster.

Oh, and don't jack the boost too high. If you lean that motor out, you can say goodbye to your apex seals.

I've noticed the forum is down every day from around 6:10 to 6:20 EST.

As for go-fast, I think you need to figure out what's wrong first. Download the factory service manual in the second sticky thread. Once of the basic maintenance items is the fuel filter, I think you should change that right away.

The fact that you're asking for cheap ways to go faster suggests you did absolutely no research about this car. While it's no ferrari, it's far from simple and cheap to modify an FD without destroying it.
