thanks again for the compliments!!! i will post up some better pics when i finish my move... also, now it is time to install my Blitz FMIC i that i have in my trunk for about 3 months and then the single turbo.

also, Ryan at RxTuner saw my car in the parking lot and wanted pics for the magazine... so we did a photoshoot along with David (jesuscookies)......
you guys will see pics of it in the Mag shortly...

questions:
-yes, the lights do go down but its a car "show" ......... you have to show what you have

Jim, why even ask? You, as well as I do, know that he's nothing more than an attention *****. He *was* bragging about Glasurit paint, remember?

uhhh... i had a 99 spec wing but someone local gave me an offer i couldnt refuse so i sold it... with that said, i am getting one more 99 spec wing which i will have to decide if its going on my car... i kinda like the wingless with wide tires in the back though... also, without a wing, you notice the rear quarter panel flares a lot more!

Is this a VIS hood? I was on their web page they said that hood pins are required. Yours doesn't have any! Did you get a differant brand?

I daily drove my last car for over a year with a VIS cf hood and no hood pins. Not one problem.

it is but i modded it in a way so that it constantly has pressure on it. the only bad thing about that is when you pop the hood latch, it will make a louder noise... thats about all..

i think because of the middle scoop, you dont need hoodpins because it wont have air going in from the sides..
