just curious

what is the highest mileage an fd owner has put on the original motor? also was this car a daily driver, weekend car, etc...

i take the lack of responses to mean that noone has had an fd with over 110k mi? pls correct me if im wrong

mine went 103K I think Disney'w went 111K before it went.

Yes I heard that the engine will go out anywhere from 75K though 110K.

There is no set mileage that an engine will go at... Its all in how the car was taken care of in regards to routine maintenance... as FD owners are wising up you will start to see MUCH higher mileage origional motors. There was one for sale in my area when I was looking and it had 117k on the origional motor and it was one of the cleanest, smooth running cars I looked at...
