just about ready to drop it in....

from short block to ready to drop in, took me about 20 hours all in all.

Now for the "fun" part. I really hope installing it isn't going to be the BITCH I think it is.

No, I hadn't planned on it. Not real sure of the advantage, or cost-to-benefit ratio on that mod......?

just added piece of mind

if Chris did your engine, he does a good job sealing the oil pans, but if you are making higher hp (350+) the brace can help mitigate flexing of the paper thin pan flanges over time

Baja is an Auto tranny owner and lover (nothing wrong with it), so I don't think he'll be pushing big numbers right now. He'll won't find much benefit from the oil pan brace for his use currently.

When are you going to drop it in? I am shooting for this weekend for mine. I have an auto as well. Let me know how it goes if you get the head start.

heh....if you look real close just under the 'MAZDA TERRITORY' sign, you'll see a Vin Diesel figurine standing by the model of the Supra from the movie!
