Unhappy Joining the club .....

Out of the blue, I am getting that commonly known sweet smelling smoke bellowing out of my exhaust on start up.

Consider it your FD giving you a hazing or initiation.

Definatly sucks, but it's part of owning the car.

Next engine will be a race port.

Looking at your mods, I think either a boost controller or ECU upgrade would be better

Well, if he's planning on getting internal motor work done, he'll need engine management anyway .

Who's doing the race port for ya?

Why would you say Gotham is "OVERRATED"

I have joined the smokers club since I bought the car. Now I am in the block weld club since the beginning of the year...Going to Gotham at the end of the summer when Rich gets back.

Trying to narrow it down between MZM and Pineapple Racing. I'll give Gotham a call and see what they can do .... can't believe I forgot about them.

Was just about to install a Microtech before this happened, so that will be controlling the larger ports.

Engine has 45k on it as it sits. Going to try some block weld tomorrow to see if that will have any great affect. This engine survived overheating once (fan relays malfunctioned due to age?) and detonation (16+psi on limecreek.) All in all, it was a fun time.
