JDM ECU in American FD

Alright so here goes. This is my daily driver.

Modifications:
-93 usdm rx7
-automatic
-downpipe, midpipe, rb catback
-greddy intake

No other mods.

Problems that occured a couple weeks back:
-running rediculously rich at idle (10.5 to 1 and under)
-stalling issues
-de acceleration approaching lights would stall
-stalling sitting in drive
-hot starting
-Random cruising speeds sometimes would get no response from the engine (felt like it wanted to stall) when trying to accelerate.
-throwing map sensor code, code 17, and code 40

Items replaced
-used tb with good dashpot
-used tps (adjusted and within spec)
-tested IAC
-jdm ecu

No more codes after this.

After replacing these items, the car ran amazing, idle was great no more problems, except for one issue. The car, after reaching a temp of about 100 degrees celcius, would rev up to 2500 rpm and bounce around there till it cooled down (95 degrees celcius and under).

I got tired of it doing this, so I put back in the USDM ecu. This ecu wouldnt rev up to 2500rpm like the JDM ecu, but the idle would bounce between 1200 and 1500 rpm when it reached 100 degrees celcius mark. So in that respect both ecu's are finding the same problem.

The next day with the american ecu in, all my stalling, hot starting, running rich, etc problems were back. Ugh.

Questions:

1. So im going back to the jdm ecu. I know that the jdm cars had several emissions removed, and im wondering what those items were? This way I know what I can block off and not cause the jdm ecu to throw a code. All I need is a simple answer, from past threads I know that by asking about blocking stuff off I should go run and hide.

2. Since Im going under the UIM, what other maintenance items should I replace? Im going to be changing the coils, I know my vaccuum lines were replaced and are still good. I want to take out the injectors and get them flow tested and cleaned. Anything else I should do?

3. Is there anything I should look at that could cause the car to find a fault when the temp reaches 100 degrees celcius, or is it anyones guess and could be a number of sensors?

I think thats it, thanks for the help and being understanding about all my threads lol.

1. The JDM car does not have an EGR or AWS

2. Everything you mentioned is good. You would also want to test all the solenoids under there to make sure they're working to spec.

3. Not experienced enough yet to know what could cause that
