My name is Angel I'm 18,and I Live in Southern California. The truth is i have no idea where to start when it comes to MODDING my RX7; therefore, i hope some on this forum has a bit of knowledge when it comes to this matter.
i have a 93 FD ,and i want to reach 400 hp.
what parts ,or brands do you recomend

And another big deal is i want to keep my stock twins,so i don't know how that's going to work.
basicly i need a person who can show e the steps to modding a RX

Step 1: do all maintenance. Under the hood things better be perfectly reliable and impeccable.
Step 2: do reliability mods. These don't provide power, they prevent catastrophes.
Step 3: do power mods, one at a time.

What makes 400whp so special? Have you driven a 300whp RX-7? Have you even driven a 250whp RX-7? At 18, you're not even ready for 225whp, IMHO...
