i have a 93 FD ,and i want to reach 400 hp.
what parts ,or brands do you recomend
Avoid crap from eBay. Avoid setting arbitrary number goals like 400hp. They are a distraction from the real goal of developing a balanced high performance car.

And another big deal is i want to keep my stock twins,so i don't know how that's going to work.
You'll top out around 350-365 with that. Maybe 400 if you get BNR 3s. You're in Cali, so you'd also better have a plan to pass emissions.

basicly i need a person who can show e the steps to modding a RX

thanks guys i hope i can make it happen

Step 1: do all maintenance. Under the hood things better be perfectly reliable and impeccable.

Step 2: do reliability mods. These don't provide power, they prevent catastrophes.

Step 3: do power mods, one at a time.

For more details, read the "advice" thread here: https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=68640

Then read the whole rest of it.

Thumbs down

What makes 400whp so special? Have you driven a 300whp RX-7? Have you even driven a 250whp RX-7? At 18, you're not even ready for 225whp, IMHO...
