Thanks. However it was suggested that they could be installed either way. If you do a search and read some early posts you will notice..........

The gas pedal felt like you were sticking your foot in a bown of warm oatmeal after installing them non-sequentially. They were a huge diasspointment. Then again maybe this guy will come up with some real dyno numbers. On another threat there was a phantom dyno run ........LOL

well usually with stock twins, when you go non-sequential there is a lot of lag on the low end, but with these turbos, right when you get on the gas at low rpms, they instantly spool and already making 4 psi at like 2500 rpm.

This is with my profec b turned off (read: wastegate open) btw, guys. When I give the car some gas, my boost gauge instantly shoots out of vacuum and into positive pressure. They spool very quickly---seems like even more quickly than my last stock seq set! It's hard to tell right now b/c I'm still on break-in. Keep in mind I did a bunch of stuff at once--midpipe, new Kan built motor with special Kan exhaust ports. Also, my turbine wheels are clipped. My old motor had some issues and my old turbos were pushing oil like a ****. I'll post more later--

ya ya ya....your exhaust porting was done to take advantage of the clipped turbine wheels. If we use the same porting in a non-clipped turbos, you'll be getting boost spike from hell. Alan's motor on the other hand will suit well with the non-clipped turbos, but he might be 10-15rwhp less than you on the same tuning and same boost level.

rich does your exhaust porting give you a lot of overlap at idle? is the motor overall louder w/ your exhaust porting? does your motor have less torque now lugging around off boost w/ the exhaust porting? i just assumed that your exhaust porting is a touch bigger than what people usually port theirs to in an avg. streetport, i'm just trying to get an idea on it's overall drivability. also you got any pics or is it a secret?
