Pussies, its been over 100 for the last week up here in Nor. Cal. Last summer we had two weeks of over 100.
Drove up to Redding when it was 115 last week Thursday. Mr. Fd ran 205 to 210 with ac blasting @ 75mph. Stock radiator, redline water wetter, all the bolt-on's. Drive it to work 3X per week. Not a good time to try a track day though...

I always use my a/c, warm or hot LOL. Sometime I just roll down all the windows and put the sunroof all the way back and just chill.

I'm in venice beach, and work in santa monica, and the FD is my daily driver. Every saturday we go driving up in the mountains where it's about 100 degrees out. Last saturday the car slowly stopped boosting until it cooled down. (boost slowly dropped to zero as the car got hotter) My mechanic says that the stock hoses are heating up and collapsing under boost- which makes sense, but i've never heard of anyone else with this problem.. Some say it could be a check valve or solenoid? My water temp guage stopped working for some reason (Defi link guages) so i dunno what temps are, but the egt seems normal.. Anyone have any insight to the boost problem (or defi diagnosis)?

Mods: EGT, boost, water guages, downpipe, AST, Koyo radiator (with water wetter), 99+ stock turbos, coilovers (not that suspension should make a difference)

I need to do a fan mod switch but I do the same too (minus sunroof part)...I do it at all stop lights and more often if the drive is longer n' slower (i.e. downtown to the beach).

I daily drive my FD.. although its only been like 90* F where I live, hottest I seen on the FD was about 210 after boosting, norm temps seem to be around 195-200* F though.

Stock cooling system with fan mod and FC thermo sensor.
