Issue with rough idle/low rpms
Hey guys, I’m in need of help, my rx7 suddenly started to have very rough idle (although at stable 900-1000rpm) and weird metalic sound between 1500-2000, it runs fine 2000+ though, what could be the issue? It also sounds like a Bridgeport without one and also no smoke from the back
Attached video showcases the issue, it was recorded while engine was warm
Turbo pressure gauge also seems to bounce just slightly when idling

start with troubleshooting ignition. could be as simple as a spark plug. it sounds like an ignition issue. it starts pretty normal so i would say fueling is likely fine.
