I hate to do this but enough is enough. I ordered a IRP Competition Fuel System on Aug. 14 2021 and I have yet to receive it. When I called about this issue in March 14 2022 I talked to someone at the shop they were waiting for a few things to come in but he stated that he could upgrade my kit to different rails only offered to in shop to cut down on wait time. I said that’s fine and I also ordered their IGN-1A Under Manifold Plug & Play Ignition System kit. He also stated they kit as already complete and ready to ship. And I’m still waiting on both kits.
And what pisses me off the most about this whole situation is not that I’ve had to wait but the fact that they are ignoring my calls, emails, DMs on IG. And I’m not the type of person to come to a forum to tell ppl this but THEY have let me no choice.
finally got a response on here. so 12 phone calls, a voice mail, a private message and 5 days to get a response...... not bad. not bad at all.
looking to get a greddy v mount kit which they said some are coming in on the 26th with only 1 allocated. i will report back with an update on how that goes

I order my V-mount kit from SakeBomb and got in to the house in 4 days.
Probably going to get put on some kind of black list for this but I've reached the point I just have to share.
Brief context: In November of 2021 I purchased an IGN-1A kit with black wires. I anticipated the timeline to be bad so I didn't even make my first order inquiry until the middle of January 2022. Since then they've been saying they can't complete it because black wires from MSD are still on backorder. Eventually I acquiesced to Paul asking if he could assemble and send with red wires for now. Since then I've just been getting the run around. I feel I've been patient and easy going trying to get to the finish line with this but I'm posting here now because I honestly don't know what else to do.
Very unfortunate experience because I know they care about the work they do but the e-commerce and communication pillars of their business are broken.
My patience with IRP is gone. I think my next step is getting in touch with the attorney General up in NJ and moving fwd. Hell, at this point I am so pissed I may just get an attorney and spend a couple k to get my HUGE $400 they owe me. Seriously, they have my core alternator, their alternator was returned which they agreed to accept back for a full refund, and they kept the $441.00. How in the hell is this fair?
Like who the fark does anyone think they are to do this. I couldn't imagine screwing someone like this. It is so out of my character. I will be putting up a thread soon. Beware of IRP.

I ordered the kit back in Jan. They told me they were waiting on wires too when I enquired for the first time in April. They told me last month after my second inquiry that they were waiting on coils.
If you were two months before me I feel even less good now, lol. I’m surprised they continue to take orders to be honest without saying these are 8 months backed up.
