interior fuse box question.

interior fuse box question.
i am trying to figure out what may connect to the interior fuse box. obviously i know that the normal blade fuses are in the correct spot, however i noticed 2 things that may or may not need something connected to it. visit PICTURE to take a look. the two items in question are on the left hand side of the picture. there is a green/teal connector in the top left. there is a small connector that has 3 metal pins (this is just to the bottom left of the teal connector) . what if anything plugs into this? also directly on the right of the teal connector is what looks like 2 spade connectors go into. possibly one large fuse? any help would be great. this could possibly be my last little problem with my car to get it working. thanks much. info is greatly appreciated.

The connector on the far left is to be connected to the wire that runs up the drivers A-pillar and to the map lights. The other connectors, I don't think, are used at all.

thanks for the reply, its a track car so no map lights in there, makes sense why nothing is plugged in, one more piece to the puzzle known. thanks for the reply. the other connector looks like it would run a bit of current through it if a fuse did indeed go there but i dont know. havenot found any info about it in the fuse sections of the manuals

The empty socket to the right of the teal connector (the two connectors) are always open on all FD's I've seen. It's actualy a handy place to draw power from - many people use those spots to get power for gauges.

Sorry for reviving this thread, but I have been under my dash all day for various mini-projects and I can't test wires because I have no battery and I'm not so hot at reading wiring schematics. My main problem is that I am putting an HKS boost gauge on my steering column and so far I have only hooked up the ground and ran a spade connector to one of the two empty slots on the main fuse box for 12v constant. In addition to those I need to tap into a 12v ignition wire and an illumination wire. The dimmer switch is dangling for the night, so I am going to try and figure out which wire I should tap into tomorrow for illumination. Can anyone give me a clue to which wire I should use for a 12v ignition power source?

I'm thinking I should run both the 12v constant and the 12v ignition wires from the gauge to that slot in the fuse box, I don't really understand the difference between the two. Also, what amperage fuse would you recommend sgt blue?
switched means it's only getting power when the ignition is on, at acc, or both?
