Interesting story
Kind of a long story. I blew my motor a while ago (like 6 months) and now i finally got around to buying a new motor. Problem is, I bought a jdm import and apparently, someone thought 13b-rew = 13b-re. Anyways, to use the 13b-re on a fd, u need to swap the front covers (and all the other parts as well). I tried to get the big 19 mm bolt and could not get it off for the life of me. I tried everything, impact, big breaker bar, yelling at it, impact wrench, etc... So, I brought the motors to the mazda dealership and asked my buddy to get the bolts off. Turns out, they could not do it. (haha, funny how the dealership knows how to work on a car) Finally, I went to Peterbuilt and they used the 3/4 impact. Pretty cool i guess. They got the bolts off after 5 minutes of using that tool, on each motor. I was an interesting journey to get 2 bolts off. Moral of the story, your mazda dealership can't go jack ****....hehe
