I used to have a turbo integra, and I put a purge kit on it to purge on the intercooler and cool it down. Has anyone done this with the stock intercooler on an fd.

 

youre talking about a nitrous mist being sprayed onto the intercooler right? there is a kit for that (universal), but n2o is too expensive to spray around all the time. ive thought about water or alchohol, though. alchohol is relatively cheap and the fact that it dries up so quickly without leaving a film is rather nice IMO. i personally, think youre better off with a water injection system though. i dont know how much horsepower the spray will prove really.
