Intercooler Q?

After a drive in your FD does your intercooler makes bubbling sound?
Just wandering cause I can hear and feel the vibration of bubbling oil washing through my intercooler pipes!!

You are feeling your coolant boiling. Not in the intercooler... Just may seem like it.

WHat??? either you have TON of oil in your system or something.. because it shouldn't make anykind of BOILING noise, even if you have quart of oil in your IC... take your IC off and see if you have any liquid of any kind inside..

But if you did, I would think something majorly wrong with your turbos.. and would feel turbo problems..

yeah the boiling has been bubbling ever since I bought the car. Two month ago. Nothing seems to be wrong with it. But the intercooler pipe when I took off to do my vacuum hose job I did notice oil in my intercooler pipe.
My turbo seems to be fine. no leak or shaft play.
But seeing oil on the inside of my intercooler pipe is that bad?

I think you are hearing coolant... I just can't see IC making that kind of noise..

Small residue of oil in your IC piping is normal for 10year old cars.... High amounts of oil is bad..

My coolant used to bubble too after I had a hard run. But its too cold to tell now.
