Installing new harness, couple of questions
I'm installing a new engine harness in my FD. I have had no problem installing the harness until I got to hooking up my PFC.
I am replacing this harness with an old one and notice a couple of different connecters on my new harness that were not on my old harness. My car is a very early model car, early 92 production date.
When hooking up my PFC i noticed there is one unidentified black connector on my new engine harness that was not on my old harness. I know there was a radiator fan recall, and I am wondering if that is was this connector is for. There is also a small female connector I am not sure where that is connected too either.
Just looking for a little insight before I have Kyle come over.

The larger black connector would be for the fan control box which sat on top of the stock ECU. The early FD's needed a patch harness for the connector which was added per the recall. You shouldn't need it with the PFC. The other connector sounds like the cooling system diagnostic plug (which connects to nothing).
