Installing a midpipe

I got my resonated midpipe today and the bolts are soaking right now so hopefully I will have it installed Sunday morning. Anyways what do I do with the hose from the airpump? Is there anything else I need to worry about?

If you dont plan on using your air pump anymore you can just take it off but seeing that your in cali you might wanna think about passing emissions.

Just zip tie it up to something undeneith the car. When you have to pass emissions then just cut the zip tie and bolt the old cat back on.

I think what he means is do you you unplug the connector up top and just cap off the end of the air tube and zip-tie it off to the side? I've got his stock cat bolts soaking in liquid wrench overnight and will take a crack at them manana because these bitches won't budge at all.

Ah yes, there is a block off plate that you can buy from www.k2rd.com which will block off either one of the flanges that go to the midpipe. Better way would be to just remove the air-pump and get a pulley kit.
