Installing Gauges into Tripower

I have an a/f gauge in the tripower bipod so far....now after removing the center speaker...how the heck do i run a wire down to the ecu and how do i run wires for the power and such...this is rediculous...there no room for anything do i need to remove the entire dash? I also would like to replace my bose headunit w/ pioneer while im at it...do i need to remove the entire gauge cluster to remove the center panel?

You don't have to get that crazy to run the wires to that center speaker hole. Remove the glove box and get a coat hanger - it's a bit of work, but not too bad.

To remove the stock stereo you just need the Ford type stereo removal tools. You don't have to touch the center console panel to do stuff with the stereo. But, if you did want to remove the center console, you do have to remove the instrument cluster first to do the job right.

I have boost and water temp in mine. All my wiring and hose comes through the large grommet behind the fusebox and straight up into the dash. I then threaded it across to the speaker hole with a coat hanger. Quite easy actually.

If you need to pull wire to the ecu thread the coat hanger from the gas pedal area up through the speaker hole. Pull your wires down and then carefully route them underneath the hvac ducts along the firewall and over to the ecu. I'd recommend enclosing all your wires in some loom first and then pulling the entire loom.
