Installation of pillowball's...

Hey... I got the pillowball bushings and am wondering how long does it take for a non-mechanic to replace them on his backyard ? Can an average person perform this work ? I dont really feel comfortable taking apart rear suspension parts, but am willing to try it. Is there something that I can totally mess up and rather have a professional do it ?

Thanks.
