Inner door seal (FD01-59-760E) install

Anyone got any tips on swapping these to new ones ?
I recently installed new drip moldings and some reason the door seems to be way harder to close and open.

The original innder door looks puffy and sort of deformed. i purchased new ones from mazda and they dont quite look exactly the same. No pre formed shape. Just a big circular loop. Although the clips do seems like its in the right spots
