advantage: you can support more horsepower.
disadvantage: you have to have a aftermarket ecu to tune for the different injector size.
unless your exceeding the limits of the stock injectors their is no reason to upgrade (unless you just want a fresh set?)

As Xs said, there is no reason to "upgrade" unless you want to run more horsepower than the stock fuel system can support. You will need to upgrade the fuel pump with larger injectors as well.
