Well, you did not specify if it is the primaries or the secondaries or both. But, generally, if you are removing the injectors to have them cleaned and flow tested, and then eventually re-installed, you will need to be careful not to damage the plastic top portion. To do that, you will need to twist the injector slightly until it is free and then lift it out. If they simply will not twist free, then you will need to pry them carefully from just beneath the electric connector. Hopefully, you will not damage the plastic in any significant way. Obviously, new o-rings will be needed for the reinstall. You should also inspect the diffusers to be sure they have not broken up.

The problem I have is on both of them and I got them to twist but after that they only come out a little. It seems that the o rings are creating some type of suction and wont let them slide out I have no problem twisting them around but wont come out.

The rings grab hard. Shoot some PB blaster around that top edge, that should loosen the grip of the top o-ring.

It really helps to have the fuel rail removed or at least unbolt from the engine block. Then you can carefully push from the bottom while twisting from the top. Just be careful pushing from below - the plastic end on the bottom is equally important to not break and don't get anything jammed in the pintle.
