injector duty cycle for a stock fd ecu

hi, i saw this post in the second gen section, https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...tor+duty+cycle and was wondering if anyone in the third gen section knew anything about it. it mainly talks about the injector duty cycle for a stock ecu for a fc and was wondering if there was any kinda injector duty cycle limitation that stock fd ecu's have? also, is there any other way to find out what the injector duty cycle is other then buying a apexi avc-r or a hks injectordutycycle sensor.

thanks

I believe a stock FD is running about 65% injector duty.

if you keep looking on that site he tells you how to convert the pfc #'s into miliseconds

im not really sure what the graph is saying. i get the part where .39 is 39% injector duty cycle but the graph also says over 1, the largest number being about 18.22, what does this mean? also anyone know how to read the graph, what do the sides and top mean and how do you translate the rpm/boost/and other varibles to injector duty cycle?

It is a basic Load vs. RPM map, meaning it is a 20x20 matrix in this case. Each column is a 400 RPM band up to 8000 RPM, and each row is about 1/10 bar, the highest row is total vacuum, 0psi/vac occurs between rows 10 and 11, and full boost is on the bottom row 20.

So as the engine revs up, the value the engine uses (the "cell") travels in that matrix to the right, and as the engine makes more boost the cell travels downward.
