im having a complete nightmare please help

i have a power fc and i cant find what rx7 its for i have been looking for 3 weeks now ive searched on here for hours looking for pinouts and diagrams but cant match what i have please can anyone shine sum light on this there are two pics

Maybe he is asking for what year fd.So,if the sockets of your PFC look like these,then its a 96+ ecu,otherwise 96- ....

Ahh..could be. I didn't realize they had different ecu connectors starting in '96.

If it helps, my s/n for my '94 compatible is PFC FD3S4 010- <some more numbers>.

EFS.O thanks man its the same conector as u have so that says its 95/12 to 98/12

and acording to the link u gave dcfc3s it confirms that its for that model to

i also emailed a japenese company and they replied with FD3S IV 95/12~98/12.

thanks for all your help guys i can sell the bloody thing now

also a guy has told me that this is the d-jetro version lol it gets harder the more i look into it i no wat the d-jetro's do but how can i tell if it is

The FD3S - 4 version, or commonally known as a "series-7" (96-98) should have an ECU marked..

N3F1 = 265 hp

That guy probably just means that it's a speed-density metering system. The old Bosch D-Jetronic system (which was, BTW, the first mass-produced EFI system ever, starting with the '68 VW Type 3) was also speed-density, using a manifold pressure gauge that was a fancy variable inductor... the whole thing had zero chips in it :-). Many ECU's for newer cars use air mass or air flow, not speed-density.
