I'm Back...7th RX7

After being gone for nearly a year...going through 3 Supra's (including a 800hp monster), I am back. I didn't get my last 7 into the 10's, this one will make it there! It's a 93 with 63K miles in mint condition. right now it's basically a BPU car...but that won't last for long. If things go right I should be at the 400rwhp mark in about a month. Here's a few pictures.

GLAD TO BE BACK

11.0 @ 139mph spinning almost all the way down the track. Twisted the driveshaft like a pretzel on the next pass...never made it back to the track.

Actually I traded the 1995 800hp Supra for a 97 66K miles Supra and a 98 Lexus 56K miles GS 400. After selling and trading it worked out that I got $26K cash and this RX7 for the 800hp Supra

tell me honestly

i know whats its like to drive a high hp supra but since i never owned one for keeps, i should ask you..

does it get boring to have a 800hp supra? even after like 3 months?

my friend had his 550+hp supra for a little over a year now, doesnt daily drive it nor drive it much actually, yet the thrill to be in it when he gets in it is still there..

why did you go through supras like water?

What the hell is a BPU, seen several people here mention it. Brand of chip or something?

Thats the problem that supra's have. THEY DON'T HOOK UP. This is attributed to their peaky power band.

Dont get me wrong, i love supras. They just arent really great at doing anything other then highway racing, unless they are a purpose built drag car (but what fun is that).
