Ignorant oil question..LOOK OUT!

Well..Ive decided to go synth. Mobil 1 I assume, its much more readily avail then red line and such. Now, whats the process to switch from dyno juice? Just a drain and pour or is a flushing required of some sorts. Do a durablend type then move to full synth? Thanks.
