Ignition switch rebuild

Ok, searched all the other threads, and its clear my keyed ignition switch is going bad. I know that there was a writeup on clubrx giving some basics to rebuild it,(or rather "refresh it".
Anyone have a link or directions on pulling it apart? I'm already re-wiring the fuel pump to not include the key, but that doesn't fix my key issue - i.e. it won't always send a signal to the starter. If I wiggle it around, it will often then kick over the starter. Once its running, no issues.
Any help?
