VA Ignition/steering column question

I recently bought a project FD and was wondering what these wires are for under the steering column, I'm in the process of putting in a new ignition so these wires were left out. If I had taken it all apart there would be no question but this car has wires all over the place lol. Here are some pics.

If the 2 green wires are grounds you can see in the last pic where I think they might go?

Ok after reading some of the workshop manual I believe the 3 connectors with the rubber covers are points of contact to hook up an ignitor checker during diagnosis I could be wrong? But as far as the other 2 green wires no clue other than grounds.

They almost look like they're from a turbo timer, is that a possibility? The ones in your hand that is.

Well I can't find any kind of wiring diagram for the blitz tt online so I'm just going to let those 3 wires hang and hope everything runs ok lol. As far as those 2 skinnier green wires with the metal flange I hope they're just grounds because thats what I'm going to make them.
