Ignition lamp

hey guys

i have this light that is right behind the ignition switch but i have never noticed it before because it has never worked. i only noticed it because i was installing my column mount boost gauge and saw is there and thought it would be wonderful to splice in the light for the boost gauge. come to find out that it's not working at all. i'm not getting any voltage to it at any time.

also in my wiring diagram i can't find it anywhere. do you guys have any input?

thanks
