The idle speed control valve on my 94FD is making a buzzing noise when the key is turned on but motor not running. When running the car seems to idle fine. Has anyone else had this problem? Wondering if this means its about to fail.

i have power fc. mine only does it if or when i stall the car.

 

I had the same problem, and couldnt get it to go away. I ended up disconnecting it and running a manually set idle.

 

anybody else experience this? It happens to me too. only after I shut the car off.
