Idle speed control

am i supposed to use this function with my haltech....

i miss how my stock ecu would hold the car at 2.5k rpms under cold startup for a period of time,

is this just another one of the sacrifices i make with the haltech....

oh yeah, update: i had my car on the dyno yesterday and put 290 hp down 14.9 psi, stock turbos, stock cat, stock port, stock intercooler 11:1 afr

i know this psi will burn out the stock turbos quickly (single on the way) but i am monitering my intake temps and not actually gonna boost over 13 on the road

You do not want the fast warm up because , it revs the engine to high when the oil is cold and not moving in the cold motor . Many say 50 percent of your engine wear is during this fast warm up . My mechanic removes the AWS and the fast idle cam , the hot waxrod and the water lines if the customer wants it done .
