As I start the car with the power FC, it will die, but if I leave the ignition on, the buzz will appear coming from/near the TB or UIM... so bad solinoid? Could be cause the power FC not to run?

the buzz is probably the ISC. The ecu uses this to adjust the idle speed, and the pfc goes through an idle learn when its first hooked up, so if its not working properly that may be why it is dieing. Do you have a datalogit, or just running the commander? You said you adjusted the idle bleed screw which is for fine tuning, but did you try turning the screw that is for adjusting the idle? Clockwise opens it more. But yes the ISC is probably the culprit at this point. There are workarounds besides replacing it. Unplug it and see what happens with the idle.

You probably hosed your TPS and throttle body hard settings which is why the car no longer idles well with the stock ECU.

No offense, but you really don't seem to know what you are doing and are probably making it worse.

If you read the TPS adjustment thread from Damian in the Archives, you would see that there is a low and high range. The fact that you are only telling us part of the numbers makes me believe you are doing it wrong. That thread also has some reference to other threads to set the throttle body mechanical settings. All of that is also in the FSM which you should download.

Chuck's notes do a very good job of explaining how to adjust throttle body and TPS settings in a step by step manner. I'd suggest that you buy them if you can't get this sorted referring to the FSM and other threads. He is the mod of the PowerFC subforum on here.
