Idle issues
I've searched, but nothing has proven to fix this. The problem is my FD idles strangely (kind of lumpy and fast all in one) untill its warm, then it smooths out and sounds like it used to. I think its quite likely the injectors as it had a flooding issue where it would start up then cut out and not restart. After un-flooding, it would fire up and do the same thing unless I gave it throttle untill warmed up. I eventually decided to have my injectors serviced and put them back in, now I have this idle problem.
Heres a basic rundown on the car:
'92 JDM Auto converted to Manual (running factory manual computer)
120k Km on the clock, new rebuild at 117k
3mm mazda steel seals
New housings
Stage 2 port
De-emissioned including airpump (idle has always been ok without this)
Non sequential twins
Walbro fuel pump
Sard regulator
NGK 7's and 9's
Any information or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum, in the FAQ this is under TPS, though maybe it should also be listed under Idle too. it's the achilles of idle. though Mahjik's suggestion maybe quicker.
Throttle Position Sensor ( TPS ) adjustment, fix idle / hesitation problems:

It looks like it is the wax rod. The only thing is, I'm too sure how to set it up as the two coolant lines on the throttle body are capped off and dont flow anything. The wax rod itself is stuck in an out position.
I've had an atempt at setting it up and its now idling around 1500 rpm. Can I remove
the thermal wax rod and fast idle cam permanently ?
Any suggestions ?
