idle issue when water temp get high

Hey guys need help on idle issue.Here is my problem when driving on nice day 85f out side car run very good water temp on power fc is about 84c idle is 830 to 850rpm with or with out ac on.But when is hot and water temp on power fc about 95c + and when i turn ac on it idle very low about 680 to700 rpm and engine vibrate a lot that happen only i turn ac on when off idle is a bit high about 900 to 930 rpm i try to set idle on power fc not thing happen check tps, adjust throttle air screw ,check for leak every thing is fine .Any one know what can cause this?This motor is rebuild 70k ago never over heat or burn coolant but do burn oil a bit more then normal.Can this be electric issue or my motor is getting to a point to get rebuild i'm just puzzle on this issue .

Check your compression to be safe. Weak compression rotarys struggle with low rpm loads on hot days.

I got power fc but i do not have a data log .
