There is an electrical connection you have to solder resistor into, to fool the ECU into thinking the pump is still there. Search for air-pump removal, or something similar, and see if you can dig it up.

As for the resistor, I'm not sure what resistance you need, but you can measure it and just go buy one.
If you are on the stock ECU, why are you removing the air pump?
