Idle Help?? Video
Start with a compression test (use a piston engine compression tester):

I drove home from a race track about 75 miles on a blown engine (just had to keep it over 3000 rpms at stop lights so it wouldn't die). Blown doesn't necessarily mean it won't start and/or run. Depending on what's damaged, it can run; just poorly.
If the compression test shows it's ok, then you move on. But, it's the first thing to check in these situations.

Follow the link Mahjik posted because at this point the only way to find out for sure is to perform a compression test.
So I take it you are only set for 10 psi? Yeah these motors are not forgiving to any kind of detonation (pinging)... But don't feel too bad because you are in good company around these parts. I for instance, over boosted to 23 psi and blew 4 apex seals

Thanks so much, I was scared to post, I didn't want anyone jumping in my *** for not searching. I did the test and it failed, I get a 30, 30 then a jump to 120
looks like it's time to pull it!! Time to make her faster

Do you know why you over-boosted?
And I'm not "jumping your ***". As mentioned already, you're not the first and won't be the last. Just thinking that if you know, it might be a good lesson for someone reading this now or in the future. And if you don't yet know, you want to find out so it's not repeated.
