Question ID this part please

I'm finally putting my engine back in after a few months of waiting (for no reason but lack of time).
Everything is going great and no real issues or anything... but there is something i got no idea were it goes or if i even still need it (went non-sequential)

Any1 can help me with this:

Also, not 100% sure but this goes to the battery right? Its for the Starter correct?

Many thanks.

- Carlos

PS: not posting pics of the build/etcs since my engine bay is way 2 dirty... and I'm too busy installing everything.. :p

first pic looks like part of the Power Steering plumbing. The mounting tab makes me think that, though I could be wrong.

second pic goes into the main fuse box, which is the one that attaches to the battery. You are correct about it going to the starter.

Thanks for the reply's.

I didn't remove anything from the power steering so, can't be. Same for the heater core.
Now, the pipe that goes to the stock cat, that might be it. I still had that stuff in the car since it looked hard to remove it when i installed the mid-pipe.

The 2nd pic, it felt like it should be there, I just didn't figure it out were it was suposed to be bolted exactly. Thanks for making sure
