I would go with the power fc, some fuel upgrades, deff a biger intercooler. Power fc imo is a good street/strip ecu to use. Pretty much has all the controls in such as boost and fuel timing.

M2 large SMIC is what i had, But i think for stock twins the M2 med would work the best for you.

edit- btw, i put down ~300rwhp and ran 12.8@110 on street tires(S-03s). intake/ic/1200cc inj./supra fuel pump/power fc @1bar boost tuned by steve kan/ported engine/clutch & flywheel/dp/hiflo cat/rb exhaust.
i think the high flow cat and rb exhaust killed your hp

I had intake, full exhaust with dual n1 pettit ecu at 11psi ran the same time as you with a 112mph trap.

I think its real hard for a stock twins car to hit 11s. I trapped 122 on pump gas with a single turbo and was just barely reaching 11s for 3 runs in a row until I got kicked out. the best was mid 11s. 11s are no joke youll have to have a 1.7 launch at least with the twins and some serious hp and driving skills

well i am getting street ported with 2or3 mm seals, havent decide yet. which one would be best for my set up. i have a nos kit i might use but forsure i am stickin with stock twin's.
the m2 intercooler sounds good, but what about a greddy? my friend has one, and he wants to sell it.
my rx7 setup:
intake,down/mid pipe, apexi n1, street ported, pfc, intercooler(dont know which one) koyo radiator and boost controller.
questions are: what size seals should i get? injectors? i got a few 100's bucks to spend, what else should i get?

You need a bigger intercooler & cold air system. Some ET Streets for the track. A larger fuel pump is a good idea. High flow cat.

I have 2mm seals and 2 vs 3 is a matter of argument. You don't need to fool with injectors and rails. I still have my stock radiator.

Spend your money with a really good tuner.

Thank you for all the Information, advice and comments good or bad. Right now my streetport (2mm) is done. i ahve a intake,FULL exhaust, PFC,1300/850cc injectors, fuel rail and pump, suspension and apexi boost controller. i am about to get vette rims and tires will that fit? i still need a intercooler tho. i'm about to hit up CMI race track so, i'll tell yall if its possible to hit 11's with stock twins. whats the max boost with stock twins? o yea i got a new clutch but its only a street disc because my stock clutch couldnt handle the power.

Stock untouched rotary will get you down to very high 10's. I don't know if that's the case for an LS1 with stock untouched heads etc.

Naturally Aspirated??? (non 4 rotor of course)
Even though i would rock a 4 rotor just for the indy car sound. Even i will admit it is badass.

In which a 4 rotor wouldnt fall into the catagory of stock untouched because it is a hybrid deal and not stock from the factory.

No, the rotary for this car comes with a turbo from the factory.
