I rebuilt my engine it's running great, except the RPM and Speedomitor don't work???

I finished my rebuild and everything seems to be running fine, except the RPM and speedomitor Gauges aren't working. I checked the wires and everything is looking like it should. I can't figure what the hell is wrong. I can't really breakin my R-1 properly with out them working. Any info would be really appreciated.
My electrical Mod's are: APEXI Power FC w/commander, HKS Twin Power Ign., Racing Beat spark plug wires, Relocated Battery (93 R-1)
