Read my PowerFC FAQ -

http://www.clubrx.org/media/pfc/PowerFC_FAQ.pdf

That will answer a lot of questions about it.

Also, here's the best price going on the PFC -

http://www.jappartsspecialist.com/Electronic.htm

I got mine from them - quick shipping, brand new in the box, no sweat.

when you say test pipe do you mean midpipe? I would get a boost controller and tune the PFC.

That's a bunch of hooey. If you don't clip the wire It doesn't run as efficient that's all.

Yes. And have it tuned professionally, unless you're absolutely sure you know enough about engine management and electronics. Your $3000-5000 motor is at risk if you make mistakes here.

Dale, is there any capability aside from AWS and EGR that you give up when installing the PFC? If so, that would be good to add to the writeup.
