I need someone who can dignose 5th syncro problem.
I bought a car which has 110k.
Basically, it is missing lots of parts such as turbo, DP, exaust manifold, intake, etc...
So I don't know engine is good or not.
But the seller told it runs before he took those parts.
beside, he said newly built motor has 25k.
Today, I just got on the car, and tried some gears.
But it doesn't stay at 5th.
Does it mean 5th gear is gone?
And..., is there any way which I can check my compression?

yeah to check your compression get a mazda compression checker take out the trailing or top plug in each housing one at a time and the fuel relay crank the car while flooring the gas
it just keeps coming out of 5th gear huh? that sucks
Mine sometimes throws it into 3d gear from 2nd for me...wait that's not a problem that's help haha.
