I need opinions on intercooler setup!!!

Alright I'v had the idea of v-mount in my head for a while now. so i bought a used koyo radiator, and a v-mount style intercooler. to make a long story short, i got to thinking about how i was gonna go about making brackets, re-routing powersteering lines, and AC lines. anyways, i found out i was probably biting off more than i can chew (im only 19 and dont have a professional shop or welder) so i just decided to replace the stock radiator with the koyo, and mount the intercooler in a very low angle above the radiator (id say like 20-25 degrees). So the radiator and intercooler are almost parallel. its looks extremely clean (i used aluminum strips to make the brackets), but im just wondering if its gonna do the trick.... or if the radiator below it, will just throw a bunch of hot air up at it. im was gonna make some ducting as best i can to direct the air towards it, and throw an e-fan on top of it....i just wanted to get some opinions on this set-up, so tell me what you think!

i will have pics up tommarow, im just to tired to put them up now.

Until I see pictures that prove otherwise, I say you're **** out of luck if you're going to put the I/C right behind the rad without PROPER DUCTING. Keyword will be PROPER. ( I think I spelled that right)

I don't think that's a good idea. However, its not so different than a FMIC setup where the radiator gets second-hand air from the FMIC. However, the air coming out of a FMIC is going to be a LOT cooler than what's coming out from a radiator.

IMO, you would be better off getting a proper duct and mounting the IC in the normal SMIC fashion. This way you'll have dedicated air for the IC rather than second-hand air.
