Typically you have 12V on the plug that comes from the steering collumb that connected to the old horn, ground that when you want to hear the horn whale... There's typically only two wires, one for the horn and one for the airbag, you can test it with any multimeter, just keep one thing in mind when handling the airbag, you're holding an explosive device, treat it with respect, and NEVER use the Resistance feature on the multimeter, as it will set the airbag off, and cause serious harm. Other than that do a search on Nardi Wheel replacement, and you'll find some pretty helpfull things regarding airbag and horn wiring.
